Manager CPC

Operator / Manager CPC Passenger

National and International

The National Passenger Syllabus is divided into three Modules, 1, 3 and 5 with International Module 7.  Wallace School of Transport offers a choice of learning options.

Home study pack with telephone hotline support

Our Study Pack includes a comprehensive manual for customers to keep and refer to during the initial learning period and beyond, and includes sample exam questions and telephone (and e-mail) support.

We also include an optional initial half hour personal study introduction together with a session concentrating on exam questions.

6 Day Intensive Course

OCRWhen arranging the intensive course, customers receive our comprehensive manual to keep and refer to during the initial learning period and beyond and includes sample exam questions and telephone (and e-mail) support. Our intensive course customers attend Monday to Friday for one week immediately prior to the exam date week. During the course our knowledgable and experienced instructors deliver in-depth knowledge and provide supporting information to assist in the learning of subjects required to pass the exams.

Examinations are held 4 times a year (March, June, September & December) and are usually held on the first Friday of the first full week of that month.

A full CPC certificate is issued when all units are passed. Alternatively individual module certificates will be issued if not successful with all exams.

Results are published approximately 8 to 10 weeks after sitting the exam.

Optional Additional Revision Days

To support your choice of Home Study or an Intensive Course, we provide top-up Revision Days. Prior to the OCR exam on the Friday, two revision days are held on a Monday for Module One and a Wednesday for Module 3 & 5. So you can choose to attend one or both days when we cover typical exam questions including mock exams and provide feedback. For International, our Revision Days are usually held over a Saturday and Sunday on a weekend leading up to the week of the exam.

When notifying us of your choice of training requirements, please give four weeks advance notice prior to the exam date.
