FIRST VACANCY
An opportunity has arisen for a Training Co-ordinator with Wallace School of Transport at our Wembley office. We are looking for enthusiastic & efficient Team Player, to be responsible for co-ordinating a range of courses, from taking initial enquiries to course completion.
This includes: liasing with clients/instructors, organising training equipment & venues, sending joining details to clients/trainees and producing certificates.
You will need to:
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a thorough understanding of English language and good, clear telephone manner
Have good organisational skills
Take a high level of responsibility and be able to work with minimum supervision
Be familiar with using e-mail and the internet
Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Have accurate data entry skills
Be flexible and be able to work well under pressure
Provide support to Directors, Managers and Trainers when necessary
Previous administration experience in a training environment would be an advantage but not essential. Full training for this post will be given.
Hours: 9am - 6pm (one hour for lunch), Holidays 20 working days + Bank Holidays
Salary: in the region of £21,000 dependent on experience.
