LGV Instructors

Wallace School of Transport is currently looking to recruit LGV instructors across London, Hertfordshire & Surrey.  Successful applicants will be involved in the training of drivers to LGV Class C and C+E standard, have responsibility for fleet maintenance and be required to assist in developing new training programmes

The applicant should:

  • Hold LGV Class C&E Licence
  • Ideally have experience of delivering LGV driver training courses
  • Preferably be DSA Registered or RTITB approved
  • Some week-end work required
  • NVQ Assessor units preferred but not essential

Telephone Enquiry Assistant

Wallace School of Transport is currently looking to recruit a full time, energetic and experienced person to assist with telephone enquiries at our Park Royal office.

By receiving inbound customer calls at the required standard, you will enable the delivery of an effective and efficient customer service.

The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience either in call centre or call handling situations and able to provide a quality customer service through identifying customer needs and responding appropriately to them.

To be successful in this role, you must have effective and accomplished B2B communication skills including an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. You will also ideally have experience in the recruitment, management and development of managing a portfolio of clients.  Essential qualities include a hard work and positive can-do attitude with a desire for success and results.

You will possess four GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C (or above), or be able to demonstrate relevant administration experience.

Experience of government funded training programmes is desirable but not essential.
