General Booking Terms:
a) Refunds & bookings are covered by our Trading conditions including these abridged extracts. At least £200
(either deposit or part payment) is non-returnable. We reserve the right to charge for non-attendace & No refunds/cancellations if less than 10 days notice .
b) Trainees must be over 17 & physically+mentally fit. Medical conditions/medication prohibiting car driving
applies to operating FLTs.
c) FLT operators don't need a car licence but if little/no driving experience more than 5 days FLT training may
be needed to pass.
d) Training duration is based on information provided if inaccurate additional training may be required to attain certification standard.
e) Training may include Instructor demonstration and Training & Test Area assembly/disassembly.
f) Training Ratio =3 trainees to 1 truck & instructor. Less than 3 trainees, cost is same but duration may be less. Details in our reception.
g) Badges are issued free proving the operator provides two passport-size photographs on or before the first
day of training.
h) Your company name will appear on the operators certificate unless specially requested otherwise.
i) If full payment is recieved, successful operators, training at our Centre receives certificate on last training day unless ticked here
Additional 'On-Site' Booking Terms: Training will commence at 9 am at your site unless otherwise advised
a) Should an On-Site visit be required before final confirmation of booking we reserve the right to charge £30 + VAT for visit.
b) If your site is more than 1/2 hour from Wembley, we reserve the right to charge £7.50+vat for each additional
1/2 hour (or part) travelled.
c) Our instructors is covered by your Company's Public / Employees Liability Insurance when at your site.
d) Operators trained & tested at your site may be issued with restricted certificate applicable to your company's
operating conditions.
